Notes: It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted something, and it took me over a week to complete this. Baby steps, I suppose. 

It was thought that lyanism couldn’t pass on in the family line. It was devastating to be proven wrong.
Victoire, willowy and elegant like her mother, hardly seemed the type to endure such a transformation. The cracking of bones, the elongating of muscles and sinew, the stretching of skin and limb... All agony. All innate part of her existence.

School wasn’t a given, for obvious reasons, but the heartbreak Fleur and Bill saw in their daughter instilled them with a determination to see her attend. At school, she thrived, despite her condition. The change was unstoppable, but her life wasn’t.
